Age Requirements: · Children registered in the 3 year-old program MUST be 3 by Dec. 31, 2010 · Children registered in the 4 year-old program MUST be 4 by Feb. 28, 2011 Completed registration forms along with a registration fee of $ 60 may be dropped off at the preschool or mailed to: Edgemont Preschool Association Attn: Registraar 33 Edgevalley Circle NW Calgary, Alberta T3A 4X1 For more information, please call the school at 403-239-1322 Withdrawals and Refunds Registration fee is non-refundable except if we are unable to offer your child a place in the preschool. Monthly fee charge will continue until the member gives one calendar month's written notice to the Registrar. A calendar month is that period of time from the first day of the month to the last day of the month and not just any 30 day period. e.g. if a member gives notice of a March withdrawal any time in February, then fees are due for February and March. For withdrawal in March, and refund of March fees, notice should be submitted in January. There will be no refund of June's dues when a child is withdrawn for only that month, or portion thereof. There is no reduction, or cancellation of fees for holidays, sickness, or any other absences including school closures for emergencies at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
